Leaders Zebbug Rangers extended the lead on top the BOV Second Division thanks to a 4-1 win over Mellieha.

St. George’s and Zurrieq shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw in a clash between the two teams in second and third place. Msida St. Joseph, on the other hand, defeated Pembroke Athleta 2-1.

In another clash between two challengers for promotion, Fgura United registered an impressive 4-1 win over San Gwann.

Gharghur and Mgarr United earned a point each in a goalless draw while Kirkop United beat St. Patrick 2-1.

Zebbug Rangers lead the way with 47 points, followed by St. George’s on 36, Zurrieq and San Gwann 35, Msida 34, , Fgura 32, Pembroke 28, Siggiewi 27, Mellieha 25, St. Patrick 23, Kirkop 22, Mgarr 16, Gharghur 15 and St. Venera 10.
