Joint-leaders Birkirkara will be all out for the three points as they take on Tarxien Rainbows in one of the two BOV Premier League matches in programme at the National Stadium on Saturday.
The Stripes share the top spot with Hibernians and a win over Tarxien will ensure they end the season on top. Hibernians will face Valletta on Sunday in the final league match.
Birkirkara have gone eight matches without defeats and are coming from a 1-0 win over Valletta in their last outing.
Tarxien finished the season in fifth place after losing to Valletta and Sliema in their last two games. For this game, they will be without the suspended Andrew Agius.
Birkirkara defeated Tarxien 4-1, 5-0 and 1-0 in the previous rounds.
Meanwhile in the first game, Hamrun Spartans and Melita bid farewell to the Premier League after both sides were condemned to playing in Division 1 next season.
Both will hope to end the season with a win after suffering defeats in their last outings. Hamrun suffered three consecutive defeats while Melita are coming from four successive defeats.
Hamrun will be without Roderick Fenech while Ivan Tufegdzic is ruled out for Melita. Jean Pierre Attard, Nigel Rizzo and Matthew Borg return for the Amateurs after serving a suspension.
The Spartans defeated Melita 3-1 in the first round, the second round clash ended in a 1-0 for Melita while in the third round, the two teams shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
