Mtarfa registered a third consecutive win in the BOV Third Division as they beat Marsaxlokk 1-0 thanks to a stoppage-time goal by Haruna Doda.

Mtarfa are still tenth but close in on the teams lying in a comfortable mid-table position.

Sirens lead the way with 45 points, followed by Swieqi on 41, Xghajra and Santa Lucia 30, Ghaxaq and Attard 29, Mgarr 28, Luqa 25, Sta. Venera 23, Mtarfa 22, Qrendi 16, Ta’ Xbiex 10, Kalkara 3 and Marsaxlokk 1.
