The Malta Women’s Under-19 side lost 1-4 to hosts Bosnia-Herzegovina in the final game from Group 7 of the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship qualifying round at the Asim Ferhatović Hase Stadion in Sarajevo. Malta therefore ended its commitments with one point from three matches.
Antonela Radeljić put the hosts ahead on 24 minutes and Marija Aleksić doubled the score three minutes from the end of the first half. Substitute Jelena Koprena increased the lead seven minutes in the second half and Alma Kamerić made it 4-0 on the hour. Brenda Borg pulled one back for Malta on the 67th. Shona Zammit was sent off for Malta three minutes in added time.
