Alfonso Greco is no longer the coach of Sliema Wanderers after the contract was terminated by mutual consent.

Greco took over as Sliema Wanderers coach in season 2012/13, leading the Blues to the final of the U*BET FA Trophy last season, losing 0-1 to Valletta.

The Wanderers had a rather disappointing start this season, collecting just three points from the first five matches before finally claiming two wins over newly-promoted duo Pietà Hotspurs and Zebbug Rangers.

The Blues are yet to appoint a new coach.
