Msida St. Joseph suffered a seventh consecutive defeat as Birzebbuga St. Peter’s scored three late goals to beat them 3-1. Birzebbuga return to winning ways after suffering five defeats in their precious five outings.
Uchenna Anyanwu put Msida ahead on 32 minutes but Anthony Ewurum levelled matters on 76 minutes. Substitute Luca Santoiemme made it 2-1 on the 89th and three minutes in added time, Edson Luiz Bonati sealed the issue with a third goal.
