Malta Under-21 coach Silvio Vella named the squad for a training camp and two friendly matches as part of the preparation for the UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifiers which kick-off in June.
The players will attend a five-day training camp before playing two friendly matches against Birkirkara on Saturday 28 at the MFA Training Grounds and against the Catania Primavera side n Monday in Torre Del Grifo.
The players selected by Vella are:

defenders Samir Arab (Balzan), Cain Attard (Pietà), Manuel Briffa (Floriana), Godwin Mckay (Balzan), Karl Micallef (Pietà), Michael Johnson (St. Andrews), Daniel Zerafa (St. George’s);
midfielders Terence Agius (Balzan), Johann Bezzina (Hibs), Conor Borg (Floriana), James Brincat (Mosta), Ryan Camenzuli (Birkirkara), Kyle Cesare (Pietà), Llywelyn Cremona (Valletta), Matthew Guillaumier (St. Andrews), Brandon Muscat (St. George’s);
forwards Jurgen Degabriele (Hibs), Joseph Mbong (Hibs), Luke Montebello (Zebbug), Kurt Zammit (Birkirkara).
Conor Borg, Ryan Camenzuli and Joseph Mbong will only join the squad in case they fail to make it to the final squad of the senior side.
In the Under-21 Championship, Malta plays Moldova on June 11 and Latvia on June 16 in two games away from home.
