The Malta Under-17 side lost 1-3 to hosts Finland in the third and last match of the UEFA Under-17 Championship at the Eerikkilä-Areena in Tammela on Tuesday.
Timo Stavitski put Finland ahead on the 29th and Eero Hyökyvirta doubled the score six minutes in the second half. Neil Frendo pulled one back seven minutes later. Juho Montola made it 4-1 but Omar Elouni scored a second goal for Malta on the 77th.
