Maria Coppola has been appointed as coach of the Siggiewi Under-19 team apart, making her the first female coach for a male team at this level.

Coppola, who also coaches the Siggiewi Under-13s, will be therefore gaining more coaching experience after working at the nurseries of Balzan, Birkirkara, Mosta and Zejtun Corinthians.
