Last year’s finalists, Sliema Wanderers, will be facing Hibernians in the quarter-finals of the FA Trophy, powered by Boost Diesel. Balzan meet neighbours Lija Athletic while Birkirkara and Valletta take on Division 1 sides Qrendi and Zejtun Corinthians respectively. The draws were held on Monday at the National Stadium.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for February 17 and 18.

Hibernians defeated Gozitan sides – Victoria Hotspurs 3-1 and Xewkija Tigers 3-0 while the Wanderers defeated St. Andrews 3-1 and Hamrun Spartans 1-0.
Qrendi beat Zurrieq 3-1, Qormi 2-0 and Kercem Ajax 4-3 after extra-time while Birkirkara beat Santa Lucia 5-0 in the third round and San Gwann 2-1 after extra-time in the fourth round.
In the previous rounds, Valletta beat Senglea Athletic 2-0 and Pietà Hotspurs 1-0 while Zejtun defeated Dingli Swallows 5-0, Marsaxlokk 3-0 and Mosta 2-1.
Lija Athletic beat Kalkara 4-0 and Tarxien Rainbows 2-1 in the previous rounds while Balzan registered a 4-1 win over Gudja United and a 2-0 win over Naxxar Lions.
