FIFA Beach Soccer Referee Jude Amin Utulu, has been appointed to officiate at the sixth edition of this European clubs’ competition.
The Portuguese coast of Nazaré for the second consecutive time will host the Final Tournament being held between the 28th May and 3rd June.
Once more, the best clubs of each of the European National Football Associations will travel to this Portuguese venue to battle it out on the sandy coast touching the Atlantic Sea, in pursuit of being crowned European champions.
26 out of the 34 teams already know their match details for the preliminary group stage; they will be joined by another 8 teams (which will be decided in the days before the competition at the Nazaré Beach Soccer Cup from 25th to 27th May, who topped their groups and qualified for the Euro Winners Cup).
Besides the men’s competition, in what will be the third edition of the Women Euro Winners Cup 2018, at the same time the 20 best female teams from across the European continent, will first have to battle it out in five groups before going on for the next stages and the championship win.
In both competitions, apart from the last 16, followed by the quarter-final, semi-finals and the final, there will also be the play-offs to decide each team’s final ranking.
