The Malta Football Association released the fixtures for the second round of the FA Trophy. The teams from the BOV First Division and the BOV Second Division were joined by Gharghur, Ghaxaq, Kirkop United and Mdina Knights from the BOV Third Division, Sannat Lions, Xewkija Tigers, Nadur Youngsters, Gharb Rangers and Victoria Hotspurs from the Gozo Football League.

Matches will be played between the 26th and 28th October.
