Naxxar Lions came from behind to beat Qrendi 2-1 in one of the three matches from the BOV First Division at the Centenary Stadium.

Jonatan Fausto Silveira da Silva put Naxxar Lions ahead on the 4th minute. Edson Rodrigues Farias equalised on the 67th and one minute from time, Joel Ellul made it 2-1 for Naxxar.

Swieqi United defeated Mqabba 2-0 thanks to goals by Ibrahim Salis on the 15th and 88th.

In another match, Pembroke Athleta and Vittoriosa Stars shared the spoils in a goalless draw.
