As part of the team’s preparations ahead of the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round matches against NK Domžale, FA Trophy winners Balzan are currently on a training camp in Slovenia where they played two friendly matches.
In the first match on Wednesday, Balzan met newly-promoted Slovenian top division side NK Bravo. The match ended in a 1-1 draw but Balzan were leading 1-0 at half-time thanks to a goal by Andrija Majdevac.
On Sunday, another goal by Andrija Majdevac enabled Balzan to beat Serbian Super League side FK Voždovac 1-0.
Balzan host NK Domžale on Thursday 11 in the first leg at the Centenary Stadium with the return match scheduled for Thursday 18 at the Športni Park in Domžale.
