Hibernians signed twenty-two year old Dutch striker Terence Groothusen. He signed a one-year deal with the club.

Groothusen played for Zeeburgia, AFC DWS and HFC EDO at youth level before moving to FC Dordrecht, making his Eerste Divisie debut in August 2017.

The Paolites had earlier signed Ferdinando Apap and Jens Wemmer while confirming goalkeeper Marko Jovicic and Marcio Leandro Barbosa da Silveira.

Hibernians will be in action on Thursday 11 as they face Shaktyor Soligorsk of Belarus in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round away from home.
