Hamrun Spartans sign Valdo Alhinho

Hamrun Spartans signed thirty year old midfielder Valdo Alhinho Goncalves.

Alhinho moved to Malta in summer 2010 to join Sliema Wanderers but mid-way through the season was transferred to Msida St. Joseph. In summer 2011, he joined St. Andrews where he spent one year before signing for Floriana. He later played for CR Caála in Angola, Clube Oriental in Portugal and after a spell with Valletta in season 2016/17, he played for FK Jelgava in Latvia, Al-Batin in Saudi Arabia, AD Fafe and FC Alverca in Portugal

The Spartans had earlier secured the services of Jean Claude Debattista, Mattia Cinquini, Soufiane Lagzir, Nicola Leone, Umberto Varriale and Maurizio Maraucci. Goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo also signed a new deal with the club.
