Santa Lucia signed Japanese midfielder Rei Tachikawa.

The twenty-one year old played for Jubilo Iwata and Osaka University in Japan before moving to Portugal last year to join Perafita. However in the January transfer window, he moved to Felgueiras.

Santa Lucia have earlier signed Wilkerson Junnior de Souza Gomes , Kevin Correa, Farid Zuniga, Camilo Del Castillo Escobar, Ignacio David Fideleff, Gabriel Bohrer Mentz, Maycon de Jesús Santana, Daniel Agius, Neil Spiteri and Jacob Walker and extended the contracts of Jackson David Usuga Mendoza and Kevin Duvan Ante Rosero.
