Santa Lucia continue to strengthen their squad with the signing of Leighton Grech on loan from Senglea Athletic.

A product of Hibernians, 29-year old Leighton Grech had also played for Birkirkara, Vittoriosa Stars, Qormi, Pembroke Athleta, Floriana and Zebbug Rangers.

Santa Lucia have also signed Brazilian duo Maxuell Maia da Silva and Paulo Henrique Santos de Azevedo.

Twenty-eight year old striker Maxuell played for River AC, Ceara SC, Uniclinic, Baraunas, Alagoano, Caldense, Treze and Sampaio Correa in Brazil throughout his career. On the other hand, Paulo Henrique was on the books of Boavista, CRAC, Barra, Mixto, CEOV Operario, Ipora, Caldas, Uniao Barbarense, Santos, Inter SM, Sao Paolo, Arapongas and Guarany Bage.

Earlier this month, they signed goalkeeper Timothy Aquilina on loan until the end of the season.
