Sliema Wanderers signed Malta Under-19 international midfielder Sebastian Grech.

The nineteen year old played for Melita and the Paola Hibs nurseries before a first experience in Germany with FC Hennef 05. He joined Birkirkara where he spent three years, moving to SC Fortuna Koln last summer.

The Wanderers have earlier appointed Gaetano Giovanni Farruggio as their technical director and extended the contract of veteran midfielder Edmond Agius.
