Wanderers keep the pace with leaders Hamrun

Sliema Wanderers kept the pace with leaders Hamrun Spartans as they defeated Senglea Athletic 2-0 at the National Stadium on Sunday despite playing for over seventy minutes in ten men.

For the Wanderers, this was the third win in four matches which keeps them two points behind the Spartans. Senglea, on the other hand, suffered the third defeat in four matches.
