Zebbug Rangers and Marsaxlokk shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw in one of the two matches from the BOV Challenge League at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Saturday.

Christian Degabriele put Marsaxlokk ahead on the 41st but goals by Clive Gauci on the 52nd and Luka Mijic on the 63rd turned the score in Zebbug’s favour. However Jean Pierre Mifsud Triganza notched the equaliser one minute from time.

In another match, St. Andrews collected three precious points in a comfortable 4-0 win over Mqabba.

Ian Azzopardi opened the score after just three minutes and Alan Borg Olivier made it 2-0 on the 16th. New recruit Gunnar Orvar Stefansson scored twice on the 22nd and 77th to seal victory for the Saints.
