Marsa have to share the top spot with Pembroke Athleta after being held in a 2-2 draw by St. George’s in a match from the BOV Challenge League at the Victor Tedesco Stadium on Thursday.

Yuta Nomura put the Saints ahead on the 18th minute but Lydon Micallef equalised on the half hour and Dylan Grima made it 2-1 on 63 minutes. However Kouta Suemitsu notched the equaliser six minutes from time.
