Hibernians secured the services of twenty nine year old Albanian forward Erjon Beu on loan from Lija Athletic.

Beu had started his career at KF Teuta and then moved to FK Sukthi before moving to Malta in 2010 to join Attard. The following season, he joined neighbours Lija Athletic on loan. He had another spell on loan with Lija in season 2012/13 and the following season, he was loaned to Balzan but in the January 2014 transfer window, moved back to Albania to play for FK Sukthi. In summer 2014, he returned to Malta, signing for Lija Athletic where he spent the last seven years.
