Mosta FC signed Luis Carlos Riascos Torres on loan from Gzira United.

The nineteen year old moved to Malta in summer 2019 to join Santa Lucia but last season moved to Gzira United. However, in September, he was loaned to Senglea Athletic.

Mosta had just announced Joe Grech as their new coach.
