Ryan Scicluna will be playing once again with Birkirkara FC after leaving the club to join Sirens last summer.

A product of Birkirkara, twenty-seven year old Scicluna spent one season on loan with Balzan in 2019/20 but last year, he left the Stripes to join Sirens.

Birkirkara, who had earlier confirmed coach Andre Paus and one of their foreigners, Claudio Bonanni, have also signed Jed Valletta and Diego Venancio da Silva but opted not to retain Alessandro Guarnore, Caio Prado, Alex Paixao and Reginald Alidor. Guarnone and Prado will be joining Valletta while Paixao signed for Balzan.
