Valletta FC sign Czech forward

Valletta FC continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of Milan Jurdik.

The twenty nine year old centre forward from the Czech Republic played for TJ Jostvice, FK Motorlet Praha and Sparta Praha at youth level. While on the books of Sparta Praha, for whom he played for the first team and the B team, he had spells on loan with FK Pribram, Zbrojovka Brno, Banik Sokolov and MFK Karvina. Jurdik then moved to Ceske Budejovice in the Czech Republic and then to WSG Wattens/WSG Tirol and eventually Floridsdorfer in Austria

Valletta, who have confirmed Antonio Jose Cardoso Mendes as coach, had earlier signed Alessandro Guarnone, James Arthur, Caio Henrique Rocha De Almeida Prado, Michele Sansone and Clive Gauci. On the other hand, Ryan Fenech, Leandro Aguirre, Santiago Malano, Matteo Piciollo, Miguel Angel Alba and Wellington de Oliveira are no longer with the club.
