Nigerian forward Franklin Sasere will be playing once again with Hamrun Spartans after the club agreed a deal with Swiss Super League side FC Lugano.

The twenty three year old had joined Lugano from Sunshine Stars of Nigeria in 2019 but last season was loaned to Hamrun with whom he played an important role in the Spartans’ championship campaign.

Hamrun Spartans had earlier signed Estonian international defender Nikita Baranov.
