Mosta FC signed Mexican twenty one year old midfielder Joel Silva.

Silva was on the books of Club Alpha in Mexico for the past two years.

Mosta, who have appointed Joe Grech as head coach, had earlier signed Luis Carlos Riascos Torres on loan from Gzira United, William Donkin, Ivan Doric and Johnson Kalu Nsumoh. Romeu Romao also returned with the club after a spell with Sirens.
