European club competitions are back this week, with two teams of officials assigned to control matches in the UEFA Youth League.
FIFA referee Matthew De Gabriele will officiate the UEFA Youth League encounter between Trabzonspor A.Ş. of Turkey and Danish side FC Midtjylland Youth in Trabzon on Tuesday.
De Gabriele will be assisted by Jurgen Spiteri and Mitchell Scerri as his two Assistant Referees, whereas the Maltese trio will be joined by Turkish official Bülent Birincioğlu as fourth official.
Meanwhile, Trustin Farrugia Cann is currently in Italy tasked to officiate the UEFA Youth League match this coming Wednesday between AC Milan and FC Porto.
Farrugia Cann will be assisted by Luke Portelli and Duncan Spencer both joining him as his two Assistant referees representing Malta, whereas UEFA has entrusted Italian Alessandro Prontera to aid the Maltese trio for this match as fourth official.
