The BOV National Amateur League enters its final stage next month with the Championship Decider, Promotion Decider and Promotion Play-Offs.
While Attard and Zurrieq – winners of Groups A and B respectively, have already secured promotion to the Challenge League, another two promotion spots will be determined by the Promotion Decider and Promotion Play-Offs.
The Promotion Decider which puts against each other the runners-up of both groups – Gharghur and Marsaskala, will be played on Saturday 2 at the Luxol Stadium, kick-off at 16:00.
The Promotion Play-Offs kick-off on Sunday 3 with the two matches from Round 1 which put against each-other the teams in fourth place against the teams in fifth place in the other groups.
Kalkara United take on Mdina Knights at the Luxol Stadium, kick-off at 15:00 while Mtarfa face Msida St. Joseph at the Luxol Stadium, kick-off at 18:30.
The winner of Kalkara vs Msida will face Zabbar St. Patrick on Saturday 9 at the Sirens Stadium, kick-off at 16:00 while the winner of Mtarfa vs Msida takes on Birzebbuga St. Peter’s on Saturday 9 at the Luxol Stadium, kick-off at 16:00.
The winners of these two matches will face each other in a decisive game with the winner facing the loser of the Promotion Decider (Gharghur or Marsaskala) for a place in the Challenge League next season.
The Championship Decider Attard vs Zurrieq will be played either on April 9 or 10 but the date is yet to be confirmed.
