The Malta Under-18 national team lost 3-1 to Cyprus Under-19 in a friendly match at the Paralimni Municipal Stadium.

Andreas Savva opened the score on the 35th and twelve minutes in the second half, Stavros Georgiou made it 2-0. The Maltese reduced the gap on the 77th minute thanks to Jamie Scerri and nine minutes from time, Andreas Savva made it 3-1.

In another match on Friday, Cyprus won 6-2.
