Women’s League leaders Birkirkara will be facing Mgarr United in the first round of Women’s Knock-Out Competition 2021/22. The draws were held on Tuesday.

Birkirkara won the last three editions of the competition. The Women’s Knock-Out Competition was not completed in season 2019/20 and was not held last season.
