Pieta’ Hotspurs sign Nigerian goalkeeper

Newly-promoted Pieta’ Hotspurs secured the services of Nigerian goalkeeper Dele Sunday Alampasu.

Twenty-five year old Alampasu had started his career in his native Nigeria, playing for Football College Academy and Abuja College before moving to Portugal to join Estoril. He had spells iwth Feirense and Cesarense before joining Ventspils in Latvia from where he moved to FS Jelgava.

The Hotspurs who have appointed Rodney Bugeja as their new coach and Joseph Farrugia as his assistant, had earlier signed Gabriel Xuereb, Belgian attacking midfielder Ange Aboa Belibi and Japanese forward Takuma Yamaguchi.
