Santa Lucia FC secured the services of Dutch defender Thomas Rier.

The 22-year old central defender was on the books of ASC Waterwijk, Ajax, AZ Alkmaar, Almere City and SC Cambuur.

The club, who have appointed Pablo Cortes Sanchez as their new coach, had earlier signed Matthew Calleja Cremona and Michael Johnson.
