Malta international striker Alex Satariano is set to join Virtus Verona on loan until the end of the season.

A product of St. Andrews, with whom he made his Premier League debut, Satariano, who is now twenty years old, joined Sliema Wanderers in summer 2019 on loan, making his permanent transfer in season 2020/21. Last summer, Satariano joined Frosinone on a three-year contract but was hardly given any playing time and was loaned to US Pergolettese in the January transfer window.
