Gzira United secured the services of Brazilian winger Lucas Ribeiro de Oliveira, known as Macula, from Challenge League side Marsa.

The twenty-three year old is a product of Fluminense and played for the Under-23 side of Estoril in Portugal and Maccabi Ahi Nazareth in Israel before joining Marsa last summer. With Marsa, he proved to be a prolific scorer in this early part of the season.
