Santa Lucia secured the services of Malta international midfielder Steve Pisani.

A product of San Gwann, Pisani moved to Hibernians on loan in 2010, moving to the Paolites on a definite transfer the following season. He spent the latter part of season 2012/13 and season 2013/14 on loan with Floriana, eventually moving to the club in 2014. Pisani left the Greens to join Balzan in January 2019 but in January 2021, moved to Gzira United where he spent the last two and a half years.

Santa Lucia are expected to name a new coach in the coming weeks following the departure of Vincenzo Potenza.
