Newly-promoted Sliema Wanderers secured the services of Brazilian twenty three year old winger Israel Duarte dos Santos.

This will be Rael’s first experience outside Brazil after playing for Botafogo, Atletico Goianiense, Bangu, Boavista and Cabofriense.

The Wanderers had earlier signed Jean Borg, Samuel Gomes da Mata and Gustavo Alcino.
