Gudja United secured the services of Argentine thirty seven year old defensive midfielder Walter Omar Serrano.

Serrano started his career at Atletico de Rafaela and following a spell with Argentinos Juniors, he joined Godoy Cruz. He later played for Defensores de Belgrano and later for AD Cantolao in Peru. He joined Lija Athletic in January 2021 but moved to Marsaxlokk in summer 2021, spending the last two years at the club.

Gudja had earlier signed Gabriel Mensah, Sean Cipriott and Mateo Casini.
