Brazilian winger Jhonnattann Benites da Conceicao will be playing for Valletta once again.

Jhonnattann had a short spell with the Citizens in summer 2012 before joining Birkirkara where he spent two years and then following a spell with Al Muharraq in Bahrain, returned to Valletta in 2015 where he spent another two years, except for a short spell with Al Batin in Saudi Arabia.

The thirty-four year old had started his career in Brazil, playing for Cabofriense, Fenix and Volta Redonda and then following his departure from Malta, played for Al Batin and Al Taawoun in Saudi Arabia, Fujairah SC in the UAE, Al Muharraq in Bahrain, Al Sahel, Al Kholood and Najran SC in Saudi Arabia

The Citizens had earlier signed Juan Bolanos, Federico Dario Jose Vega, Fernando Omar Barrientos, Victor Luiz Prestes Filho, Diego Cardoso, Luka Susnjara, Santiago Adrian Ferraris, Neil Anthony Micallef and Jake Galea.
