Hamrun Spartans joined Birkirkara, Floriana, Gzira United, Marsaxlokk, Mosta. Sliema Wanderers and Amateur League side Mgarr United in the quarter-finals of the IZIBET FA Trophy as they defeated Gudja United 3-0 in a match from the Round of 16 on Thursday.
Elionay put the Spartans ahead on the 6th minute and Luke Montebello doubled the score on the 25th. Eder sealed the issue with a third goal three minutes in added time.
The Quarter Finals are scheduled for March 30 and April 1, the Semi Finals on May 11 and 12 and the Final on May 18.
