Birkirkara FC secured the services of Argentinian twenty nine year old left back Manuel Morello.

Throughout his career, Morello played for CA Union de Suncahles, CA Juventud Unida Universitario, CA Chaco For Ever and CA Central Norte in Argentina, Club Aurora in Boliva and FC Van in Armenia.

Birkirkara, who have appointed Stefano De Angelis as their new coach, had earlier signed Shaun Dimech, Maicon and goalkeeper Giacomo Volpe.
