Marsaxlokk secured the services of Argentinian twenty seven year old midfielder Ulises Jose Arias. 

After starting his career at CA Lanus, Arias played for CA Sarmiento and Club Comuncaciones before moving to Malta to join Floriana in January 2019.

The Southseasiders, who have confirmed Winston Muscat as coach, had earlier signed Igor Goularte, Jefferson, Patrick Nonato, Lucas Lopez and Guttiner. 

The signing of Arias is expected to be followed by that of Enmy Pena Beltre.
