Newly-promoted Melita twenty two year old defensive midfielder Kurt Bondin.

Bondin started his career at the Mqabba nursery before joining Hibernians. He left the club to join Zebbug Rangers in 2020, spending four years at the club.

Melita, who had confirmed coach Clive Mizzi, had earlier signed David Xuereb and Marc Van de Bovenkamp Font and agreed new deals with Henrique Motta, Santiago Martinez, Jesus Yepez, Karl Mohnani, Nick Cutajar and Matthew Debattista.
