Gozo suffer third defeat in UEFA Regions Cup

The team representing Malta in the UEFA Regions Cup lost 0-3 to the Romanian Amateur Football Squad at the Stadio Giuseppe Sivori in Sestri Levante, Italy on Monday in the last game from Group 8 of the Intermediate Round.

The team led by Shaun Bajada, conceded an early goal scored by Valentin Gaiceanu on 7 minutes and eight minutes from time, substitute Laszlo Bedo doubled the score. Another substitute, Alexandru Voiniciuc, made it 3-0 three minutes in added time.
