Hamrun Spartans secured the services of Bolivian twenty-five year old winger Cesar Alejandro Menacho Claros. 

A product of Blooming Santa Cruz, he joined Bolivar La Paz and then had a spell on loan with Club Jorge Wilstermann before returning with Blooming

The Spartans have already signed Ognjen Bjelicic, Bacary Sané, Jovan Cadjenovic and Kairou Amoustapha.
