Zero Sei are the winners of the Enemed Women’s Trophy after defeating Lija Athletic Futsal 4-3 in the final which was held at the Mediterranean College of Sport Pavilion.

It was a hard fought final where both sides gave their all. The first half was a balanced one as the 2-2 scoreline clearly indicates. In the second half, Zero Sei came out well and opened up a two-goal advantage with Lija reducing the arrears towards the end but this was not enough to save the game.

Andrea Alonso, Elisa Csik, Nicole Espinel and Rocio Robles scored Zero Sei’s goals while Lija had Leanne Micallef scoring a brace with Hailey Russell adding another one.

After the match, Enemed representative Karl Loftus presented the cup to Zero Sei player Elisa Czik.
