Marsaskala and Gharghur continue their battle to avoid relegation from the IZIBET Amateur League 1 Bottom 10.

Marsaskala deeated Rabat Ajax 3-2 at the Sirens Stadium. Jake Cordina put Rabat ahead on 7 minutes btut Joshua Ojelabi scored a hat-trick on 48, 80 and 82 minutes oto turn the score in their favour before Calvin Bonett reduced the gap in added time.

Gharghur held Zejtun Corinthians in a 3-3 draw in another match at the Sirens Stadium. Mark Cutajar put Gharghur ahead on 10 minutes but Stefai Cale converted a penalty on 14 minutes and made it 2-1 on 29 minutes. Jayden Aquilina equalised on 43 minutes and although Stefi Cale completed his hat-trick with a goal on 77 minutes, Mark Cutajar converted a penalty for Gharghur six minutes in added time.

Qrendi beat Msida St. Joseph 4-2 at the Centenary Stadium. Sterling Moran put Qrendi ahead on 26 minutes and Ayessler Carvalho doubled the score a minute later. Msida equalised with goals by Leon Pulis on 39 minutes and Mousstafa Robert Malool on 48 minutes. However, an own goal on 67 minutes and a goal by Brandon Bray four minutes later handed Qrendi the three points.

In another match at the Centenary Stadium, Qormi and Kirkop United shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw, goals by Matthew Borg for Kirkop on 41 minutes and Cadu on 82 minutes.

Qormi lead with 42 points followed by Qrendi on 36, Mellieha and Zejtun 33, Kirkop 31, Gharghur 23, Marsaskala and Pembroke 22, Rabat 8 and Msida 5.
