As of this season, the YoHealth Malta Premier will present a newly designed trophy to the Most Valuable Player of each match.

This initiative, inspired by leading European leagues, is intended to enhance the prestige of the award and further motivate players.

Updated selection criteria will now allow fans watching from home to vote for the MVP in selected matches, with their votes accounting for 50% of the final decision.

This means supporters will play a direct and influential role in recognising standout performances on the pitch.
