The Malta Football Association released the fixtures for match-days 1 to 8 of the BOV Amateur League I.
The league will kick-off on September 19 and unlike last season, will feature fourteen teams and shall be played on a double round-robin basis. At the end of the league, the top two teams would be promoted to the Challenge League and the bottom four teams will be relegated to the National Amateur League 2.
